Human Resources (Core):
- Manage full spectrum of HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, performance management, disciplinary matters, and offboarding.
- Handle payroll processing, attendance, overtime, leave, and claims administration.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysia Labour Law, Employment Act 1955, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, counselling, and domestic inquiry processes.
- Coordinate training & development programs and staff engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, etc.).
Administration:
- Oversee office administration, facilities, and vendor management.
- Manage company licenses, permits, renewals, and statutory documentation.
- Control office assets, stationery, and inventory.
- Support management in corporate documentation and internal communications.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
