About the Role
As an HR Intern at V7 AI Solutions, you will work closely with the teams to support recruitment operations, candidate coordination, onboarding activities and improving internal HR policies, employee processes, operational systems across the company.
You will also work closely with engineering team leads and hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and support end-to-end hiring coordination, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview management, communication, and onboarding support.
This internship is designed for individuals who want hands-on exposure to modern startup hiring, people operations, employer branding, and organizational coordination. You will contribute to real hiring workflows while learning how fast-growing teams build scalable and structured people processes.
This role is highly execution-oriented and requires strong ownership, communication and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks responsibly.
- Logical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, MS Office, spreadsheets, and collaboration platforms.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory for highly driven candidates).
- Prior internship, coordination, or event management experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, hiring platforms, or workflow tools is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination
- Assist in posting job openings across platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and internal channels.
- Help screen candidate applications based on defined criteria and role requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and candidate communications.
- Maintain hiring trackers, candidate databases, and interview records.
- Work closely with engineering leads and hiring stakeholders to coordinate hiring activities and hiring pipeline updates.
Candidate Communication
- Send emails and follow-ups for interviews, assessments, onboarding, and documentation.
- Act as a professional and responsive point of contact for candidates during the hiring process.
- Ensure candidates receive timely updates and clear communication throughout their journey.
HR Operations & Onboarding
- Assist in onboarding activities including documentation collection, employee data entry, and induction coordination.
- Support HR administrative processes and maintain organized records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding readiness and operational requirements.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Help identify repetitive manual tasks and support process optimization initiatives.
- Assist in improving trackers, templates, workflows, and reporting systems.
- Explore simple automation opportunities using spreadsheets, forms, AI tools, or workflow platforms.

Internship Structure
- The duration of the internship is 3 months.
- Interns who demonstrate strong performance, design ownership, learning ability, and meaningful contribution may be considered for internship extension
