Content Development

Create engaging eLearning content using Articulate 360, Captivate, Lectora, Adobe Suite, and other tools.

Standards Compliance

Design SCORM/xAPI-compliant training materials for LMS/LCMS platforms.

Multi-Modal Learning

Support webinars, video-based, and instructor-led training formats alongside eLearning.

Video Editing

Edit and optimize training videos using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and related tools.

Instructional Design

Apply proven instructional design models to enhance learner engagement and retention.

Project Delivery

Manage multiple projects, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver high-quality outputs on time.

Technical Expertise

Skilled in Articulate 360, Captivate, Lectora, Adobe Suite, and video editing tools.

eLearning Experience

2+ years in eLearning design and development, preferably for software applications.

Design & Creativity

Strong visual design sense with attention to detail, color, sound, and motion.

Soft Skills

Organized, deadline-driven, collaborative, with strong verbal and written communication.
