Job Purpose
To manage the end-to-end human resource functions of the school, ensuring that all teaching and non-teaching staff are recruited, managed, and developed in compliance with CBSE affiliation norms and state education department regulations.
Qualification: BBA/MBA- HR
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Talent Acquisition: Source and recruit qualified teaching staff (PRT, TGT, PGT) and non-teaching staff as per CBSE norms (e.g., B.Ed/CTET qualifications).
- Credential Verification: Conduct rigorous background checks and verify educational certificates, experience letters, and "Police Verification" (a mandatory safety requirement for schools).
- Induction: Conduct orientation for new joinees regarding the school’s culture, pedagogical approach, and the POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) Act guidelines.
2. Compliance & Documentation
- CBSE Affiliation Support: Maintain updated staff records (OASIS data) required for CBSE inspections and annual affiliation renewals.
- Service Books: Maintain individual Service Books for all employees as per the government/CBSE format.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely deposit and filing of Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, and Professional Tax (PT).
- Legal Adherence: Ensure the school adheres to the Maternity Benefit Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, and State Education Acts.
3. Performance Management
- Appraisals: Coordinate the annual performance review process for teachers, focusing on academic results, classroom management, and professional development.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize Capacity Building Programmes (CBP) as mandated by CBSE (minimum 50 hours of CPD per year).
4. Payroll & Attendance Management
- Attendance: Monitor daily attendance and leave records via Biometric/HRMS systems.
- Payroll Processing: Coordinate with the accounts department to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement, including increments and deductions.
5. Employee Relations & Safety
- Grievance Redressal: Act as a bridge between the management and staff to resolve disputes.
- Committees: Assist in the formation and regular meeting of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) and the School Safety Committee.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
