Aquaneeta Industries Pvt. Ltd., one of the leading water purifier manufacturers in Kerala, is looking for dedicated and hardworking Service Engineers to join our team.
The main responsibility of the role includes installation, servicing, and maintenance of water purifiers at customer locations while ensuring excellent customer support and timely service.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of water purifiers at customer sites
- Periodic maintenance and servicing of products
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Handling customer complaints and service requests professionally
- Ensuring proper functioning and performance of installed units
- Coordinating with the service team for daily assignments and updates
- Maintaining service reports and work updates regularly
Requirements
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Plus Two
- Basic technical knowledge in electrical/plumbing/service field preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Two-wheeler license preferred
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to travel for field service work
