Type of Experience, Knowledge & skill: Knowledge of in-process inspection in the Transformer process namely core, winding, active part, tanking, dispatch, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
Carry out the In-process inspections in with Checklist/SOP/MQP/Design etc. for all internal processes.
Capture of Non-conformities at every stage of the internal processes. Monitor timely closer of NCR and CA/PA as required.
Implementation of Quality gate points, Carry out joint inspection for all Hold points and critical points.
Preparation of In processes checklist and issue on time against each process and each job.
Carry out customer stage inspection and final inspections as per the approved MQP/TS.
Coordination with customer for document review, on-time CIPs collection, etc. to avoid delay in final inspection.
Coordination with TPL for the sample testing/ report collection in line with the customer requirement MQP/TS etc.
Behavioral & Functional Competency:
Able to work in a team towards the common goal of the organization
Analytical skills to analyze the problems arising in the production line and suggest solutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
