Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Drupal & WordPress Developer with strong hands-on experience in Drupal development and a solid mid-level understanding of WordPress. The ideal candidate should be comfortable developing, customizing, maintaining, and troubleshooting websites and web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain websites using Drupal.
- Work extensively with Drupal modules, themes, content types, views, configurations, and integrations.
- Develop and customize WordPress websites, themes, plugins, and functionality.
- Troubleshoot website issues, bugs, performance problems, and compatibility issues.
- Convert business requirements and designs into responsive, functional websites.
- Perform website updates, maintenance, security improvements, and performance optimization.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services when required.
- Work with databases and ensure proper website functionality and data management.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to deliver projects on time.
- Follow coding standards, development best practices, and version-control workflows.
Required Skills
Must Have:
- Strong hands-on experience with Drupal.
- Good understanding of Drupal architecture and development.
- Experience with Drupal modules, themes, Views, content types, and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience working with MySQL/MariaDB.
- Good troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Experience with Git/version control.
WordPress:
- Mid-level experience in WordPress development.
- Experience with theme and plugin customization.
- Understanding of WordPress hooks, templates, and CMS administration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and customize existing WordPress websites.
Good to Have
- Experience with Drupal migrations and upgrades.
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of responsive design and frontend frameworks.
- Experience with website performance optimization and SEO best practices.
- Experience working with Linux/Apache/Nginx environments.
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of relevant web development experience.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
