We are looking for a Senior Architect for our Architecture vertical.
About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and motivated Senior Architect to independently handle small projects and lead technical execution for large projects. The role requires strong design, technical, documentation, coordination, and quality management skills to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead design quality and project execution for assigned projects.
2. Independently manage smaller projects from design to completion.
3. Handle minimum one large project at a time, ensuring:
* Complete drawing sets (GFC, technical drawings, details)
* Timely deliverables
* Folder and document management
* Consultant coordination
* Progress reporting
4. Prepare, review, and finalize technical drawings and GFC sets.
5. Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
6. Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and design intent.
7. Maintain organized digital project folders and documentation.
8. Support design development, presentations, and approvals.
9. Ensure prompt internal and external communication and responses.
10. Uphold high ethical standards and professional integrity in all work.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) – Mandatory
* Diploma holders may be considered in exceptional cases with strong experience and skills
* 4–8 years of relevant professional experience.
