We are looking for a passionate and relationship-driven Area Manager – Business Development (Architect Engagement) to build strong partnerships with architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, and key project influencers while driving product specifications and brand preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, specifiers, and design influencers.
- Conduct regular meetings and product presentations to showcase Orient Bell's latest innovations and product portfolio.
- Influence product specifications in residential, commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects.
- Track ongoing and upcoming projects to identify specification opportunities.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, product trends, and project developments.
- Manage architect and project databases through CRM platforms.
- Ensure systematic follow-ups to improve specification conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales teams and channel partners to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Drive brand visibility and preference among the architecture and design community.

Eligibility
- Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- 3–6 years of experience in Architect Engagement, Project Sales, Specification Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales
- Experience working with architects, designers, consultants, builders, or project stakeholders
- Strong understanding of building materials, design trends, and project sales cycles
