Job Title: Marketing Fresher
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Marketing Fresher to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, supporting online sales, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to all enquiries, orders, and messages received through social media platforms, WhatsApp, and the company website.
- Provide prompt, professional, and positive responses to customer queries and convert enquiries into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
- Coordinate with showroom teams, Team Leaders, and the Head Office to check product availability and update customers accordingly.
- Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing activities.
- Support social media promotions, campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, enquiries, and order status.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports of enquiries, sales conversions, and marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Basic knowledge of social media platforms, MS Office, and online marketing.
- Positive attitude, customer-focused approach, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with different teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
