Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Math and Science Teacher to educate students, develop their analytical and problem-solving abilities, and foster a strong understanding of mathematical and scientific concepts. The teacher will create engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and promote a positive and interactive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective lessons in Mathematics and Science according to the curriculum.
- Teach mathematical concepts including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, statistics, and related topics.
- Teach scientific subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, and General Science as applicable.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, laboratory activities, and assessments.
- Evaluate and monitor student performance through tests, projects, practical work, and classroom activities.
- Encourage critical thinking, logical reasoning, scientific inquiry, and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct and supervise laboratory experiments while ensuring student safety.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create an inclusive learning environment.
- Provide individual support to students based on their learning needs and academic progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and concerns.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and school events.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, assessments, and student development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred/required as per school policy).
- Strong knowledge of Mathematics and Science curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology, laboratory equipment, and digital teaching tools.

Experience
- Freshers or experienced teachers may apply.
- Prior teaching experience in Mathematics and Science is preferred.
- Experience in conducting laboratory activities and project-based learning is an advantage.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position in a school environment.
- Participation in extracurricular activities, science exhibitions, mathematics competitions, parent-teacher meetings, and school functions as required.
- May be required to supervise laboratory sessions, educational trips, and academic enrichment programs.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
