We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller with strong communication skills to handle data calling responsibilities. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining services, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call prospective clients from the provided database
- Introduce company services and generate interest
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enquiries/admissions
- Handle customer queries in a professional manner
- Meet daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM tools
- Ability to handle large volumes of calls
- Confident, polite, and persuasive personality
- Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred (freshers can also apply)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
