We are hiring a Team Leader to manage an international customer service team handling voice and email support. The role involves leading a team, ensuring KPI targets, monitoring performance and driving coaching and motivation.
Location: Thane (Nearby candidates preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage customer service executives (voice & email)
- Ensure achievement of team KPIs and service targets
- Monitor performance and provide regular feedback/coaching
- Motivate and engage team members for high productivity
- Handle performance management and team development
Requirements:
- HSC / Graduate or above
- 1–3 years experience in call centre environment
- Prior team leader experience preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work rotational day shifts & rotational offs
