Required Skill Set
- 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (manual) in ERPNext
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG).
- Proficiency in SQL and ability to work with databases for test validation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business teams to ensure requirements are met.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regression, functional, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Prepare detailed test reports, defect logs, and quality metrics.
- Participate in design and requirements review meetings to provide QA input.
- Continuously enhance QA processes and contribute to automation strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software/products.

- Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
- Certification in QA/Testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Proactive in identifying risks and suggesting improvements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
