Key Responsibilities
- Student Counseling & Career Guidance: Assess student academic backgrounds, skill gaps, and career goals to recommend suitable online courses, certifications, or programs.
- Lead Conversion & Sales: Actively engage with prospective students via phone calls, chat, and email to convert leads into paid enrollments.
- Admissions Processing: Assist students with on-boarding, documentation, application filling, and fee payment processes.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions in CRM systems.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and sales targets.
- Handling Objections: Address student questions regarding course content, fees, and career outcomes professionally.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in academic counseling, inside sales, or B2C sales, preferably in EdTech or study abroad sectors.
- Skills: Excellent communication (verbal/written), strong interpersonal skills, persuasion skills, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Tech Proficiency: Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
