Job Summary:
Klene Paks limited is seeking a skilled Machinery Operator to join our team, specifically for our Blown Film Line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the PE Blown Film Line machinery, ensuring production efficiency, waste control, and quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain PE Blown Film Line machinery.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal production efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Ensure quality control standards are met for all produced films.
- Manage and control waste to maintain a clean and efficient production environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of production and machinery performance.
- Gsm checking of starting samples.
Qualifications:
- For IBC machine candidates: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in operating PE Blown Film Line machinery.
- For OBC Machine candidates: 4 to 8 years of experience in operating PE Blown Film Line machinery.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
