Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Restaurant Manager - Operations to lead daily operations at Bento B, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, drive team performance, maintain operational excellence, and uphold our unique culture-driven dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and service standards.
- Lead, motivate, and develop front-of-house and service teams.
- Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and customer engagement.
- Monitor sales, staffing, inventory, and cost controls.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest feedback and implement service improvements.
- Support events, community initiatives, and brand-led experiences.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of restaurant operations or hospitality management experience.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and guest relation abilities.
- Passion for hospitality, food, and customer experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.
