Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
Experience: 12–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

*Job Description:*
Develop and lead HR strategy, organizational structure, policies, SOPs, and workforce planning across all business locations.
Drive talent acquisition, leadership hiring, campus recruitment, and succession planning to meet business requirements.
Lead Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR), including grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and shop-floor engagement.
Design and implement performance management, compensation benchmarking, career development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and HR governance, including the Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, PF, and ESI.
Lead HRMS implementation (Keka), ERP integration, HR analytics, and process automation.
Drive organizational culture initiatives, including Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification.
Build strategic partnerships with educational institutions, placement cells, and external stakeholders to strengthen the talent pipeline.
Mentor and develop the HR team while partnering with business leaders to support organizational growth.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
