We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Presales Executives / Senior Executives with strong Tele Sales experience to join our growing team.
Location: Kotturpuram, Chennai.
Work timings: 10 AM - 6:30 PM.
Working days: Wednesday to Monday (Tuesdays week-off).
Desired/Key Skills:
- 2.5+ years of experience Tele-sales or any Out-bound /Inside Sales process.
- Should have worked on target/result oriented environment
- Should have known telephone etiquettes.
- Must possess excellent communication skills and fluent in English & Tamil.
- Candidates with experience in Real Estate / Banking / Insurance / Telecom / Financial Services industries are preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To make daily calls to the leads provided as per the target.
- Convert leads to Customer site visits
- To explain our projects in details to the customers
- To answer customer queries promptly
- Able to co-ordiate with Sales team to fix appointments for customers.
- Good in escalating calls to next level in case support required.
- Able to address customers concerns and suggest respective product.
- Should be good in analytical, pricing details etc
