Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory Sourcing & Lead Management
- Proactively identify and source high-quality pre-owned vehicles through various channels (customer walk-ins, digital leads, trade-ins, and referrals).
- Conduct cold calls and follow up on inquiries to build a consistent pipeline of potential sellers.
- Maintain and update the CRM/ERP system with lead statuses and inventory details.
2. Vehicle Evaluation & Pricing
- Perform thorough physical inspections of vehicles to assess condition, mileage, and service history.
- Utilize internal valuation tools to provide accurate, competitive price quotes to customers.
- Negotiate purchase prices effectively to ensure a healthy profit margin for the dealership while maintaining customer satisfaction.
3. Documentation & Compliance
- Manage all necessary paperwork for vehicle acquisition, including RC transfer documents, NOCs, and insurance verification.
- Ensure full compliance with RTO regulations and internal dealership audit standards.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Legal departments to ensure timely payment processing and documentation closure.
4. Relationship Management
- Maintain professional, transparent communication with sellers to build trust and brand reputation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure sourced inventory meets the requirements of the showroom.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
