Key Responsibilities:
1. Packing Responsibilities
- Inspect the quality of finished furniture before packing.
- Ensure safe and secure packaging to prevent damage during transportation.
- Use packing materials such as bubble wrap, foam sheets, corrugated sheets, stretch film, and corner protectors appropriately.
- Label each package with Item Code, Product Description, Quantity, and Customer Details.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
- Ensure proper packing standards are followed for all products.
- Roles & Responsibilities1. Product Inspection
- Inspect finished furniture products before packing.
2. Packing Operations
- Pack furniture products using approved packing methods and materials.
- Use bubble wrap, foam sheets, corrugated sheets, stretch film, corner protectors, and carton boxes as required.
- Ensure products are protected against scratches, dents, moisture, and transportation damage.
- Follow packing standards for different furniture categories.
- Perform dismantling and packing of knock-down furniture when required.
3. Labeling & Identification
- Attach labels containing item code, product description, quantity, customer details, and dispatch information.
- Ensure proper product identification and traceability.
- Verify packing lists and order details before final packing.
4. Material Management
- Maintain stock of packing materials.
- Monitor usage of packing consumables and minimize wastage.
- Report shortages of packing materials to the concerned department.
- Ensure proper storage of packing materials.
5. Coordination
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
- Ensure customer orders are packed according to dispatch schedules.
- Support loading teams during dispatch activities when required.
6. Safety & Housekeeping
- Follow company safety procedures while handling products and packing equipment.
- Use required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
- Follow 5S workplace management practices.
- Ensure safe handling of tools and packing materials.
7. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily packing records.
- Update packing status reports.
- Record packed quantities against production orders.
- Report packing damages, shortages, and discrepancies.
- Assist in inventory and stock verification activities.
- Verify product dimensions, finish quality, and specifications.
- Identify and report any defects, damages, or quality issues.
- Ensure only approved products are packed for dispatch.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
