Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with experience in MEP or HVAC projects. The role involves coordinating end-to-end project activities, including planning, execution, stakeholder communication, documentation, and payment follow-ups to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities from initiation through completion, including supply, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication across departments.
- Monitor project progress and maintain accurate status reports and documentation.
- Follow up on project billing, payment collections, and invoice reconciliation.
- Maintain contracts, project records, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Track project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization.
- Identify project risks and support the implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination within the MEP, HVAC, or related industries.
- Experience managing installation, testing, and commissioning activities is preferred.
Educational Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Understanding of MEP/HVAC systems and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems related to project installations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using project management tools and software.
- Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
