- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Manage employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Assist in payroll coordination and compliance
- Handle employee engagement and grievance management
- Implement HR policies and company rules
- Coordinate training and performance appraisal processes
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws – basic knowledge)
