We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with 4+ years of experience in planning, executing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating qualified leads, improving ROAS, and contributing directly to business growth.
In addition to performance marketing expertise, the candidate should be comfortable managing client relationships, presenting campaign performance, handling strategic discussions, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build customer acquisition and lead generation funnels.
- Identify target audiences, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Recommend campaign and budget allocation strategies based on business objectives.
Campaign Management
- Manage and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Remarketing Platforms
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies.
- Continuously test and scale high-performing campaigns.
Analytics & Tracking
- Set up and manage:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Meta Pixel
- Conversion API (CAPI)
- UTM Tracking
- Track and report:
- CPL
- CPA
- ROAS
- CAC
- Conversion Rates
- Revenue Impact
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.
Funnel Optimization
- Collaborate with design, content, and development teams.
- Improve landing page conversion rates through A/B testing.
- Optimize customer journeys and conversion funnels.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion efficiency.
Client Servicing & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings, performance reviews, and strategic discussions.
- Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations in a clear and professional manner.
- Manage client expectations, timelines, deliverables, and communication.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and upsell performance marketing initiatives where relevant.
- Coordinate internally with creative, content, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of client campaigns.
Reporting
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Present insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Translate campaign data into business-focused outcomes and strategic recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of ₹5 Lakhs+.
- Proficiency in GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience handling client communication and account management.
- Understanding of attribution models and marketing funnels.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns for service-based businesses.
Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
