Roles & Responsibilities: As a Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth across multiple dimensions – Reach, Activation, Engagement, Retention, and Revenue.
Your responsibilities will include:
● Data-Driven Strategy Implementation: Employing advanced metrics and innovative marketing strategies to accelerate growth. This involves leveraging cutting-edge technologies to make impactful decisions.
● Traffic and Customer Engagement Analysis: Regularly evaluating platform traffic and customer usage patterns to gain insights into customer engagement and optimize conversion rates.
● User Data Analysis and Collaboration: Analyzing extensive user data to identify high-converting user cohorts. Lead the performance marketing team to enhance user acquisition strategies.
● Content Creation and Growth Program Development: Specializing in crafting compelling content and developing new growth initiatives. This includes the testing and implementation of these programs to ensure effectiveness.
● Experimentation and Optimization: Conducting aggressive experimentation with copy, visuals, and messaging across different user segments. Scaling successful strategies to maximize impact.
● Sales and Brand Promotion Strategies: Implementing innovative methods and procedures to boost sales, enhance brand visibility, foster customer loyalty, and expand market reach.
● Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Working closely with other departments (Project Team, Marketing, Executive Leadership) to exchange data and feedback. This collaboration aims to present results and tailor the product to be more user-centric.
● Marketing Tactic Testing and Optimization: Testing and refining marketing tactics for business growth, including online advertising, direct mail, out-of-home campaigns, affiliate marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
● Channel Optimization: Continuously optimizing marketing channels to improve overall business performance, ensuring that every strategy contributes to the company's growth.
Requirements:
● Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a growth hacker/social media manager, preferably in both B2B and B2C setup.
● Must be able to create a vision and organization that can scale rapidly with growing volume.
● Proficiency in many social media platforms. Detailed understanding of digital marketing channels including Adwords, Facebook ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and web analytics.
● Preferred to have a complete know-how of platforms used for mass mailing.
● Experience in identifying the target audience and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
● Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies.
● Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Understanding of use of generative AI and its applications for social media outreach would be preferred.
