Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quotation Specialist / Quotation Maker to handle quotation preparation for industrial products and solutions. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations, understanding customer requirements, coordinating for pricing, and ensuring timely submission of offers.
The candidate will preferably have experience with SKF, Mobil, Enerpac, Lincoln or similar industrial/engineering products.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit quotations based on customer inquiries and RFQs.
- Prepare quotations using ERP/SAP and maintain accurate records.
- Enter and update item codes, product descriptions, quantities, prices, discounts, GST, and other commercial details.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Purchase teams for pricing and product availability.
- Check stock availability, delivery schedules, and lead times before preparing quotations.
- Revise quotations as per customer requirements and price negotiations.
- Maintain quotation records and follow up on pending quotations.
- Ensure quotations are accurate and submitted within the required timeline.
- Handle quotation-related queries from customers and the sales team.
- Prepare quotations for industrial products including SKF, Mobil, Enerpac, and Lincoln products.
