Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Execution
- Participate in client meetings to understand requirements
- Prepare project plans, timelines, and allocate work to team members
- Ensure timely completion of assignments with high quality
- Review team deliverables for accuracy and compliance
- Handle client queries, escalations, and ensure smooth communication
- Visit clients as required
2. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a point of contact for clients and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies like SEBI, stock exchanges, ROC, RBI, etc.
- Work closely with internal teams (HR, Accounts, Admin, R&D, Marketing)
- Collaborate with other team leaders for cross-functional assignments
3. Billing & Recovery
- Ensure timely invoicing and follow-ups for payments
- Coordinate with clients for outstanding recoveries
- Monitor billing targets and ensure collections are achieved
4. Knowledge Management
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and internal activities
- Encourage team to use knowledge resources and stay updated
- Contribute to research and practical implementation of regulations
5. Team Management & Development
- Support hiring and onboarding of team members
- Maintain team morale, engagement, and performance levels
- Identify training needs and coordinate with HR
- Guide and mentor team members for continuous improvement
6. Reviews & Reporting
- Conduct daily and weekly team meetings for planning and tracking work
- Participate in leadership review meetings
- Track progress, highlight risks, and ensure timely delivery
Key Skills & Requirements
- Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI)
- Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations and corporate laws
- Practical understanding of corporate governance and compliance
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
