Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Civil Engineer to manage day-to-day site execution of turnkey construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential and commercial building construction, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with architects, clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities.
- Execute work as per approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Monitor excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and quality standards.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Attend client meetings and provide project updates.
- Resolve on-site technical issues efficiently.
Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules.
- Track project progress against approved timelines.
- Ensure timely availability of labour, materials, and equipment.
Quality Control
- Conduct quality inspections at every stage of construction.
- Verify materials before use.
- Ensure compliance with approved specifications and industry standards.
- Maintain quality checklists and inspection reports.
Material Management
- Estimate and monitor material requirements.
- Coordinate procurement with the purchase department.
- Control material wastage and optimize site resources.
Billing & Measurement
- Prepare BOQs and quantity calculations.
- Record daily work progress.
- Verify contractor bills and work measurements.
- Assist in client billing and project cost monitoring.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure safe working practices at the site.
- Maintain site housekeeping.
- Follow statutory safety regulations and company SOPs.

- Maintain:
- Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
- Material Consumption Reports
- Labour Attendance
- Site Photographs
- Quality Inspection Reports
- Concrete Pour Records
- Client Communication Logs
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of RCC construction and structural systems.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial building construction.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Excellent site supervision and execution skills.
- Knowledge of finishing works and quality standards.
- Strong planning and coordination abilities.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and subcontractors.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
