Job Profile:
Position: Associate / Customer Support (Night shift)
Role Overview:
We are looking the candidates with excellent communication skills and good computer literacy.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Outbound calls & Inbound calls to the clients for Records Retrievals or facility
2. Calling the insurance carriers based on the appointment received by the clients.
3. Calling insurance companies to get the status.
4. Willing to work in any process pertaining to voice based on the requirement.
5. Maintain the individual daily logs.
6. Performs assigned tasks/ completes targets with speed and accuracy as per client SLAs.
7. Work cohesively in a team setting and assist team members to achieve shared goals.
8. Communication / Issue escalation to seniors if there is any in a timely manner.
Shift Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM OR 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
