We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team and support daily IT and technical operations. The ideal candidate should have good troubleshooting abilities, technical knowledge, and the ability to handle IT systems and basic maintenance activities efficiently.
Location: Palmera Head Office, Kollam
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computers, software, printers, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot system, internet, and connectivity issues
- Monitor and maintain CCTV systems and related equipment
- Assist in basic maintenance and coordination of technical equipment
- Support office staff with IT-related issues and system setup
- Coordinate with vendors for technical support and servicing
- Maintain IT records, equipment status, and service reports
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with CCTV installation and monitoring systems
- Basic understanding of maintenance and technical support activities
- Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and internet configuration
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field preferred
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can also apply
