Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, digital platforms, and field activities.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Present residential and commercial projects to prospective buyers.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and financing options.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Negotiate terms and close property sales.
- Follow up with prospects to convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain an updated database of leads and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and registration processes.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
