About the Role
We’re looking for a HR Recruiter who enjoys connecting with people and finding the right talent for the right opportunities.
If you have hands-on recruitment experience, good communication skills, and enjoy speaking with candidates and managing the hiring process from start to finish, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and plan recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening/phone interviews.
- Shortlist candidates based on their skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Regularly follow up with candidates and maintain a strong interview pipeline.
- Keep candidates updated throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment data and candidate details in Excel/spreadsheets.
- Track interview line-ups, follow-ups, selections, and joining status.
- Share regular recruitment updates and reports with management.
- Support candidates through the process until onboarding.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in HR Recruitment. We are open for Freshers too.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and priorities at the same time.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel/spreadsheets and maintaining recruitment records.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
