About the Role
Xcodefix is seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and contributing to business growth through effective sales outreach and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital channels.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Schedule meetings and conduct regular follow-ups with prospects.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or related roles.
Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
