Position Overview:
Opelox Realty is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Documentation Executive to manage documentation processes, coordinate with banks, and handle recovery-related activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and experience in banking or financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, verify, and maintain customer and property-related documents.
Coordinate with bankers and financial institutions for loan processing and documentation.
Follow up with banks regarding approvals, disbursements, and document requirements.
Manage recovery-related activities and ensure timely collection of pending payments.
Maintain accurate records of all documentation and recovery transactions.
Communicate with clients, bankers, and internal teams to resolve documentation issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.
Generate and maintain reports related to documentation and recovery status.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in documentation, banking, recovery, or coordination roles.
Knowledge of banking processes and loan documentation.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in real estate documentation.
Familiarity with home loan and mortgage processes.
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
