Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the role of Customer Support Executive. The role involves handling customer queries, providing timely support, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the organization.
Candidates with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic computer knowledge will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, or chat
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Maintain customer records and update details regularly
- Follow up on customer requests and pending issues
- Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution
- Ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
Requirements:
- Any Graduate Fresher Can Apply
- Experience: 0 to 6 Months
- Good Communication Skills (English & Hindi)
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Customer-Oriented Approach
- Good Problem-Solving and Coordination Skills
- Ability to Handle Customer Interactions Professionally
- Must Be Comfortable Working On-Site In Indore
