- Supervise and manage field workers and labor teams.
- Allocate manpower according to daily work requirements.
- Monitor attendance, shift timing, and worker discipline.
- Ensure work is completed within deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintain safety procedures and site regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site engineers.
- Resolve worker issues and handle on-site conflicts.
- Prepare daily progress and manpower reports.
- Inspect work areas and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
- Train new workers on company procedures and safety guidelines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
