- Greet guests politely and assist with seating (if required).
- Clear used plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins from tables promptly.
- Reset tables quickly and neatly for the next guests.
- Refill water glasses and assist with serving food or drinks when requested.
- Support waiters by running food from the kitchen to the table.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, furniture, and service stations.
- Assist in setting up the restaurant before service and cleaning up after closing.
- Ensure clean and organized storage of service items (napkins, cutlery, glasses, etc.).
- Follow hygiene and grooming standards at all times.
- Respond to guest requests politely and promptly, referring to senior staff if needed
