Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings across multiple platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, Snapdeal, and brand website.
- Create and upload product images, descriptions, pricing, offers, and attributes accurately.
- Track online orders, coordinate with warehouse for timely order fulfilment, dispatch & returns handling.
- Monitor stock levels, update inventory & pricing regularly on portals.
- Manage daily reporting – sales performance, returns, cancellations, competitor pricing & trending styles.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and policies.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of online marketplace operations and catalogue management.
- Hands-on experience in MS Excel, dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.
- Excellent communication & coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
