Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading raw materials and finished products
- Assisting in rubber mixing, molding, cutting, and packing processes
- Operating basic production equipment under supervision
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work area
- Inspecting products for basic quality checks
- Following factory safety and production guidelines
- Supporting maintenance and warehouse activities when required
Skills Required:
- Basic physical fitness and stamina
- Ability to work in shifts and factory environments
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Basic understanding of safety procedures
- Willingness to learn production processes
Qualification:
- Minimum 8th / 10th pass
- Prior factory or manufacturing experience is an added advantage
