Role Summary
As an Academic Counselor at Momentori Infinite Solutions, you will play a critical role in guiding students and professionals through their academic journey. Your ability to communicate effectively, drive sales conversions, and manage academic support activities will be central to your success.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: Candidates at least 1 year experience are welcome
Language Skills:
- Malayalam – Proficient
- English– Preferred
- Hindi/Tamil – Bonus
Technical Skills:
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, CRM software, and online communication tools
- Basic computer operations and documentation handling
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and host webinars or academic sessions as scheduled
- Convert potential leads into confirmed student enrollments
- Report daily/weekly updates to team leaders or management
- Support ongoing sales and academic administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
- Actively contribute to achieving monthly student acquisition targets
- Exhibit a proactive and professional approach in handling tasks
Work Structure
Type: Onsite
Probation Period: 3 months
Performance Review: Based on sales conversions, task completion, attendance, and responsibility execution
Compensation
Fixed Pay: ₹15,000 per month
Incentives: Based on monthly performance in line with defined sales/conversion targets
