- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.

- Design high quality developer and agentic experiences, with a sophisticated understanding of how UI libraries are used to craft end user experiences.
- Be proficient in micro-interactions, animation, and prototyping. Use industry tools and leverage LLMs to create precise and beautiful prototypes.
- Possess a builder mindset with experience in writing code and the ability to independently experiment with cutting-edge APIs.
- Articulate and lead a design goal to stakeholders, from library engineers to executive leadership, using exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
- Influence and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to drive impact.
