Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Capture and qualify leads received through various marketing channels.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for customers with the Sales Team.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads to maximize conversions from inquiry to site visit.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth lead handover and customer experience.
- Assist in preparing and updating customer databases for marketing campaigns.
- Send marketing emails, SMS campaigns, and promotional communications to prospective customers.
- Generate daily call reports and update lead management trackers.
- Understand project details, pricing, offers, and competitor projects to effectively address customer queries.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries through coordination with internal departments.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service while interacting with clients.
- Adhere to company policies, audit requirements, and compliance guidelines.
- Utilize CRM and calling software (preferably Sell.Do) for lead management and customer interactions.
Preferred Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
- Experience with Sell.Do or similar calling/lead management software will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
