We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team in Kolkata. The role involves field sales, client meetings, and lead generation. The candidate should be comfortable with travelling and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit clients regularly to promote and explain company products
- Generate new leads through field visits, references, and market research
- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective customers
- Follow up with clients for inquiries, quotations, and order closures
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or relevant field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales (Experience with good communication skills can apply)
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
