MAITYS, one of India’s fastest-growing tech-enabled elder care organizations, is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Corporate Business Manager (B2B) to join our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B tie-ups with corporates, institutions, and strategic partners
- Build and streamline franchise processes, including onboarding and training
- Lead MoU discussions, negotiations, and closures
- Generate and scale revenue through partnerships and business development initiatives
- Work closely with leadership to expand MAITYS presence across markets
Candidate Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B business development / corporate sales
- Strong experience in partnerships, franchise development, or institutional sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Highly result-oriented with strong ownership mindset
- Age: Up to 30 years
