Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Foreman for the Bunch Wrap Plant in a confectionery manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for supervising bunch wrapping operations, ensuring smooth functioning of packaging machines, handling machine breakdowns, carrying out preventive maintenance, and maintaining packaging quality and production efficiency for toffees, candies, and lollipops.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily bunch wrapping and packaging operations for confectionery products,Ensure production and packing targets are achieved as per shift schedules,Monitor smooth functioning of bunch wrap lines and packing processes,Ensure proper packaging quality, sealing, bunch count, and coding accuracy.
Coordinate with production and QA teams for uninterrupted operations,Machine Maintenance & Repair
Handle breakdown maintenance of bunch wrap and packaging machine,Perform preventive and routine maintenance of packaging equipment,Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical faults.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
