Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Drive showroom sales and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Ensure a superior customer experience by providing personalized assistance and product knowledge.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Promote jewellery collections, offers, and loyalty programs to maximize sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Team Management
- Supervise and guide Sales Executives, Customer Relationship Executives, and floor staff.
- Conduct daily briefings, sales reviews, and performance monitoring.
- Train team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, customer engagement, and company policies.
- Ensure proper staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and adherence to showroom standards.
- Motivate the team to achieve sales and service excellence.
Store Operations
- Monitor daily showroom activities and ensure smooth floor operations.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and attractive product displays.
- Coordinate with inventory and back-office teams for stock availability and replenishment.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Monitor billing processes and ensure accuracy in transactions.
Inventory & Security Management
- Assist in stock audits, physical verification, and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and security of jewellery products.
- Follow company policies related to inventory control, loss prevention, and security protocols.
- Report stock discrepancies and operational issues promptly.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies, retail SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare daily sales reports, customer feedback reports, and operational updates.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion ratio, average bill value, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Support management in implementing promotional campaigns and business initiatives.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
