We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automation testing using AccelQ (mandatory) and should be proficient in validating complex CPQ business processes, including Pricing, Quote, and Product Bundling.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using AccelQ.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and End-to-End Testing.
- Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud business processes and workflows.
- Test Salesforce CPQ functionalities, including:
- Pricing
- Quote Management
- Product Bundling
- Quote Lifecycle
- Validate data accuracy and business rules across Salesforce applications.
- Execute automation suites as part of CI/CD pipelines.
- Log, track, and retest defects using Jira or similar tools.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure quality deliverables.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint testing activities.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of QA/Automation Testing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Strong experience in Salesforce CPQ Testing.
- Expertise in:
- Pricing Validation
- Quote Management
- Product Bundling
- Mandatory experience with AccelQ.
- Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, and Automation Testing.
- Experience with Jira or similar defect management tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
