- Cultural Context: Integrate lessons on German culture, history, and societal norms into the language curriculum.
- Student Support: Provide individualized mentoring and counseling to help students achieve their educational or professional goals.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in German (typically CEFR B2/C1 for basic levels, C1/C2 for advanced or academic roles).
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in German, Education, or a related field.
- Certifications: Certifications such as Goethe-Zertifikat or a recognized teaching license (e.g., DaF - Deutsch als Fremdsprache) are highly preferred.
