Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Executive to drive B2B partnerships with colleges and educational institutions. The candidate will be responsible for establishing strategic collaborations, signing MoUs, and expanding the organization’s academic network.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and connect with colleges, universities, and educational institutions for strategic
partnerships
2. Initiate and close Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) agreements with institutions
3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with academic stakeholders such as placement
officers, HODs, and management
4. Present and promote courses, training programs, and value propositions to institutions
5. Plan and execute campus engagement activities like seminars, workshops, and career
sessions
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnered programs
7. Track and manage the partnership pipeline and conversion metrics
8. Achieve monthly and quarterly partnership and revenue targets
9. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and college requirements
10. Ensure proper documentation and follow-ups for all MOU agreements
Required Skills
1. Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
2. Excellent communication and presentation abilities
3. Ability to build and manage institutional relationships
4. Experience in lead generation and client acquisition (B2B)
5. Strong organizational and time management skills
6. Target-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with 3–4 years of experience in B2B
Business Development / Institutional Sales / Academic Partnerships.
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
1. Experience in Ed-Tech / Training / Education sector
2. Existing network with colleges or universities in Bangalore or South India
3. Experience in handling MOU negotiations and closures
4. Knowledge of campus recruitment/training programs

Pay: ₹379,400.74 - ₹832,376.92 per year
