Solution Architect / Technical Program Lead – VMware to Nutanix NC2 Migration
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect / Technical Program Lead to lead enterprise VMware migration engagements to Nutanix NC2 on AWS. The individual will serve as the technical face of the engagement, partnering with customer stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams from solutioning through successful delivery.
Must Have
Strong experience with VMware and Nutanix NC2.
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale migration engagements from assessment and planning through execution and stabilization.
Expertise in migration strategy, dependency analysis, migration waves, cutover planning, and risk management.
Experience designing and implementing NC2 on AWS solutions.
Strong understanding of virtualization, networking, storage, security, disaster recovery, and hybrid cloud.
Ability to engage confidently with customer architects, technical leadership, and executive stakeholders.
Excellent communication, technical leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated experience delivering similar engagements for large enterprise customers, preferably well-known global organizations.
Nice to Have
Experience in the Life Sciences or Healthcare domain.
Strong customer presentation, solutioning, and pre-sales experience.
Experience leading distributed onshore/offshore delivery teams.
Experience with migration automation and Infrastructure as Code.
Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP), Nutanix Certified Expert (NCX), VMware VCP/VCAP, and AWS Solutions Architect – Professional certifications.
